Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes. It is possible. The earlier you contact us, the sooner we can schedule you. The chances of same day appointments are better if you come to our Montevideo office. You'll never know if you don't ask.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

It is possible, but we can't say until we do a benefit check. You can also call to check your benefits. The main things you want to ask is if you have coverage for a hearing test and hearing aids, if you should need them. More health insurance companies are partnering with TruHearing, which is a company that offers discount benefits, but with a shorter service agreement.

Do you offer financing options?

We do. We work with CareCredit, a credit financing option for health care purchases and set pay off periods. It really depends on what you are looking for. There is a button at the top right of the page, where you can apply. TruHearing and us, also, work with AllWell Financing.

Should I shop online?

Are you a current customer? Do you have warranty on your aids and an agreement to get free services and supplies for 3 years? Did you purchase your hearing aids with insurance? If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, then you should contact us first. You might get your batteries for free, or we bill them to insurance. In which case, you should not place an order online. Not sure? Don't hesitate to call and ask.
