*No Show & Cancel Fee Policy*

Due to an increase in No Shows/Cancellations we are enforcing a new policy. We, at Hearing Care by Gina, understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 12-24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee ($30/hour).
